We are pleased to offer free local pick-up for customers in Blackfalds, AB and Fort McMurray, AB. If you're located in either of these areas, you can select local pick-up as your shipping option during checkout.

For customers outside our local pick-up areas, we offer FREE shipping on wholesale orders over $350.00.

The Lettermail shipping option is available for small products only. This is a cost-effective shipping method for customers ordering up to two ornaments, two stocking tags, one or two pillowcases, a small-sized Mom puzzle, or our Santa/Elf letters.

Please note: If you select the Lettermail option for items that do not meet these criteria, your order will be canceled and reprocessed at the appropriate shipping rate for your products. You will be responsible for any fees associated with the cancellation and reprocessing of your order.
