Order Processing: Pre-orders are submitted every Sunday by 4pm (Unless we have over $400 in orders throughout the week - if we do, we will send an order through mid week - in this case we will send a message to let you know your order will be arriving quicker than anticipated).
It takes between 2-10 business days to receive the items (dependant on the warehouse we order from). If you want to know which one your specific item is coming from, please send us a message and we will let you know.
Pickup: Once the order arrives, we sort it as quickly as possible to get it prepared for pick up. You can expect to pick up your items between 1–2 days after we receive them.
Processing Time
Our goal is to process orders within 1-2 business days. However, processing times may vary based on the volume of orders. If we are in a busy season, we will have our processing times in the banner of our page.
Pre-Order
Pre-orders are processed every Sunday by 4pm, unless otherwise noted. Once your pre-order is placed, it typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive at our shop. Unless we are ordering from the US, in which it can take between 2-10 business days to arrive. After the pre-order arrives, we will sort it, and your order will be ready for pickup or shipment within 1-2 business days to allow us time for proper organization.
Please note that we do not control the mail/courier service. If there is a delay in shipment due to courier issues/delays we do not offer refunds for products purchased.
Ordering In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
For orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing in-stock and pre-order items as separate orders, unless you don’t mind waiting for the complete order to be ready.
Pickup, Shipping & Returns
We offer local pickup in Fort McMurray and Blackfalds, Alberta, free of charge.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. We provide free shipping for orders over $350. Certain exclusions apply, such as rural or remote addresses and orders containing large items. In these cases, additional shipping charges may apply, but we will cover $25 of the shipping fee.
Please note that all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out—we will make it right!
